This week proved to be quite a challenge, when long time customer Jeremy De Villiers, formerly with Saatchi & Saatchi, now heading up production at Moon Communications, ordered a feature sign for their office foyer with a very specific brief. The sign which was 2400 h x 500mm w needed to look like cast steel with inlaid letters but be built using light weight matierials. We used 6mm thick acrylic, lasercut the letters out and re inset a new set of matt white letters into the cavity, with a precision tolerance. The sign really did look the part, every bit the cast steel appearance that the client wanted. See what our client says.
